Inmarsat PLC announced that Tony Bates will join the company on 2 June as an executive director and its Chief Financial Officer. Mr Bates has been the Group CFO of hibu (previously Yell Group Plc) since November 2010. Prior to hibu, he was Chief Operating Officer of Colt Group S.A. from 2003 to 2009. His previous senior management experience was mainly with EMI Group plc, latterly as Group Finance Director. 

Blur Group PLC announced that Mitch Faigen becomes Chief Strategy & Finance Officer. Mitch commenced his career at Booz Allen and joined blur Group at the end of 2012. Most recently he was CFO for SDI Media Group.

Hunter Bay Minerals plc announced the appointment of Natasha Tsai to replace Hunter Bay’s outgoing Chief Financial Officer, William Payne, following the filing of Hunter Bay’s annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013. Ms. Tsai is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Redtail Metals Corp. and also provides consulting services for Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd., Inca One Resources Corp., Pacific Hunt Energy Corp. and Cornerstone Metals Inc. She was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Arriba Resources Inc. and the Corporate Controller of Dejour Energy Inc.

Personal Group Holdings plc announced that John Barber,  Finance Director, intends to retire from the Group at the Annual General Meeting in April 2014. John will depart the Group in June 2014. Mike Dugdale will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer, following his appointment to the Board on 2 January 2013.

Augean plc announced that Richard Allen, Group Finance Director, has informed the Board of his intention to leave the Group to develop his career elsewhere.

Kier Group plc announced that Haydn Mursell, currently Group Finance Director, will take up the role of Chief Executive with effect from 1 July 2014.

Cable & Wireless Communications PLC (CWC) announced that Tim Pennington, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company. He has stepped step down from the CWC Board of Directors, but will remain available to the business until early in June, after the Company’s year-end preliminary final results.

Ubisense Group plc (AIM:UBI) announced the appointment of Robert Parker as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Robert Parker joins the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Ubisense from Optitune plc where he was CFO since 2012. Gordon Campbell has stepped down as CFO and from the Board.

CentralNic Group plc (AIM: CNIC) announced that Glenn Hayward has joined the Board of as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Hayward joins the Board of CentralNic from Nominet, where he was Executive Director, Business Development Director and Finance Director. Prior to his role at Nominet, Glenn held the role of Business Analysis Manager at easyJet, as well as the role of Finance Director at Northgate Information Solutions. Donald Baladasan, current Interim Chief Financial Officer, CentralNic Group plc has now stepped down from the board and will continue to work at the Company during a handover period on a consultancy basis, assisting Mr. Hayward in his new role.

Johnson Matthey PLC announced that Den Jones will join the board of Johnson Matthey on 5th June 2014, succeeding Robert MacLeod as Group Finance Director. From September 2012 Den was acting Chief Financial Officer for BG Group and from February 2013 until November 2013 he was appointed to the board as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director.  Prior to joining BG Group, Den spent more than a decade with Citibank and PwC where he held a number of specialist financial management positions.

McBride PLC announced that Richard Armitage, Group Finance Director, has advised the Board of his intention to leave the Company in due course to pursue an alternative career opportunity.

Northern Bear PLC announced that Steve Roberts, currently Finance Director, has agreed to step up to the role of Executive Chairman with immediate effect.  Steve was appointed as Finance Director in October 2009.  Tom Hayes has been appointed as Finance Director with immediate effect and will join the Company Board as an Executive Director.  Tom has been involved with the Group since January 2008 and has previously worked in both divisional and Group finance roles. 

Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM.L) announced that its Finance Director, Paul Tuson, has resigned his position with the Company. Mr. Tuson will remain with the Company for up to three months to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities.

Allocate Software plc (AIM: ALL) announced that its CFO, Chris Gale, has informed the Board that he intends to step down from the Board and from his position as Chief Financial Officer later in the year to pursue other business interests.  Chris will remain with the Company during his notice period to assist with an orderly transition and to support the Company through its financial year end.

Imperial Tobacco Group PLC announced the appointment of Karen Witts as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Karen will also join the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees of the Board. Karen is Group Finance Director and Executive Director of Kingfisher plc. She joined Kingfisher in 2012 from Vodafone Group PLC where she was Chief Finance Officer of the Africa, Middle East, Asia and Asia Pacific Region, sitting on the Boards of Vodacom and Safaricom. Karen previously worked at BT, Paribas, Grand Metropolitan PLC (now Diageo) and Ernst & Whinney (now EY). She is a former Non-Executive Director of Wolseley PLC.

Xcite Energy Limited announced that Andrew Fairclough has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company. Andrew Fairclough joined Xcite Energy Resources Limited in August 2012 as Corporate Affairs Director for the Xcite Energy group, following 17 years’ experience in investment banking and corporate finance, including a close working relationship with Xcite Energy for nearly five years.

PayPoint PLC announced that Warren Tucker, the former chief financial officer of UK defence technology company Cobham PLC, will succeed David Newlands as its new Chairman from the end of its Annual General Meeting in July.

Mobile Streams plc announced that Gaston Cerf, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from the Company and the Company’s Board of Directors.

Castleton Technology Plc announced the appointment of Spencer Dredge as Finance Director of the Company. Peter Hallett will, as planned, step down from the Board. Spencer’s most recent role was as an Associate Consultant at MXC Capital. The appointment will be part time with an agreement to scale his commitment as the Company might require. Spencer will remain an Associate Consultant at MXC until such time as the position at Castleton becomes full time.

24/7 Gaming Group Holdings Plc announced that it is intended that David Mathewson, currently a non-executive director of the Company and formerly the finance director of Playtech plc, will assume an executive role to lead the Company. Rogier Smit currently chief executive will assume the role of chief operating officer upon David taking up his new role while Marcel Noorderloos intends to step down as Finance Director. Mr Noorderloos will remain with the company to provide continuity until a successor is appointed.

Spirent Communications plc (LSE: SPT) announced the appointment of Rachel Whiting as Chief Financial Officer. Ms Whiting has worked for the Group since 1986. During this time she has held a number of financial roles, including Head of Group Tax with particular focus on business development and restructuring, most recently adding the role of Company Secretary.

Sagentia Group plc (AIM: SAG) announced that further to the announcement on 12 November 2013, Rebecca Hemsted has been appointed as Finance Director with effect from 27 January 2014.  Neil Elton has resigned from the Board with effect from 14 February 2014.  Mr Elton will remain on the Board until that date to ensure an orderly handover to Ms Hemsted.

Revolymer plc announced that Revolymer CFO and Company Secretary Rob Cridland has been named acting CEO.

K3 Business Technology Group plc announced that David Bolton has been appointed Chief Executive. David has been Chief Financial Officer at K3 for over 15 years. Brian Davis, who has worked with David for six years as Head of Finance, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.

iEnergizer Limited announced that Neil Campling has been appointed as the new Finance Director and will join the Board from the beginning of the next financial year (April 1, 2014). Mr Campling will join the Company from Aviate Global LLP. He previously held senior Portfolio Manager Positions at leading investment firms dating back to 1994. Mr Campling has been a TMT fund manager at New Star Asset Mgmt, Aberdeen Asset Mgmt and Prolific Asset Mgmt in Europe and the US.

Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd. (AIM: GWI) announced the appointment of Andreas Papadopoulos as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Since admission to AIM in July 2013, Dimitris Raptis, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, has acted as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr Papadopoulos, who will join the Company in March, will be a member of the Company’s Senior Management Team. From 1999 to 2012, Mr. Papadopoulos worked for Ernst & Young as a Partner in several Central and Southeast European countries, including Romania and Slovenia. After leaving Ernst & Young, Mr. Papadopoulos worked as the Chief Financial Officer of a company within the Leptos Group, one of the largest Cypriot real estate and hotel groups.

Newcastle Building Society (NBS) announced that Angela Russell, the Society’s Finance Director since July 2010, has taken up the additional role of Deputy Chief Executive.

Skipton Building Society announces that its Group Finance Director, Richard Twigg, has been appointed Group Finance and Commercial Director at its subsidiary company, Connells Limited.  Accordingly he will be stepping down from the Society’s Board on or around 31 March 2014, to take up this new role.  Previously, Richard was Finance Director at Connells Limited between 1996 and 2002.

Johnson Matthey PLC announces that Robert MacLeod will become the Chief Executive of the company. Robert joined Johnson Matthey in 2009 as Group Finance Director.  Prior to joining Johnson Matthey he was Group Finance Director of WS Atkins plc and worked in a variety of senior financial roles at Enterprise Oil plc. He is currently a non-executive director of Aggreko plc.

Bristol Water plc announced that Mick Axtell is appointed an executive director to the post of Finance Director. Mick has held a number of senior Finance roles at RWE, before joining Bristol Water in September 2013. He succeeds Miquel Anglada who has left the Company to take on new responsibilities within the Agbar group.

Good Energy Group PLC announced the appointment of Denise Cockrem as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 1 May 2014. Denise is currently UK & Western Europe Finance Director of RSA Insurance Group.  Prior to joining RSA Insurance Group in 2006, Denise was the Finance Director of Direct Line’s Retail Division.

Telecity Group plc announced that further to TelecityGroup’s announcement on 31 October 2013 that Brian McArthur-Muscroft was to step down from the role of Group Finance Director by 31 January 2014, TelecityGroup now confirms that Brian McArthur-Muscroft has stepped down from the Board. Until a successor is named, TelecityGroup’s finance function under the direction of Mike Tobin, Chief Executive.

All Star Minerals PLC announced that Edward Taylor, Finance Director, has resigned as a director of the Company to enable him to focus his time on other ventures.

Aviva plc announces that Pat Regan, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Group in June to join QBE as its Chief Financial Officer based in Sydney Australia.

Dialight plc announced that Kevin Higginson has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Kevin was most recently Chief Financial Officer of AEA Technology Group plc, where he served between 2011 and 2012. He has previously been Group Finance Director of Low & Bonar plc (2006 – 2010) and BSS Group plc (2001 – 2006). Between 1987 and 2001 Kevin worked in a variety of roles for Hazelwood Foods plc, including Group Finance Director and Group Chief Executive.

Rangers International Football Club plc announced that Brian Stockbridge is leaving the Company and has resigned as Finance Director of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Norman Broadbent plc announced that Ben Felton, a Board Director and the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, has advised the Board that he will be resigning with effect from 30 March 2014 to take up a senior position in a larger organisation.

1pm (AIM: OPM) announced the appointment to the Board of Ian Smith as Non-Executive Chairman, effective from 1st February 2014. Ian is currently Chief Financial Officer of Q Chip Limited and a non-executive director of SmartKem Limited. Previously, Ian was a member of the management team which successfully sold UDEX Limited on behalf of 3i plc in 2006. He was also Finance Director of Surface Technology Systems plc, subsequently leading the business as Chief Executive through the technology sector downturn from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that Ian was Group Finance Director to LSE-listed UK Safety Plc.

Bioquell PLC (LSE: BQE) announced that it has appointed Michael Roller to be its new Group Finance Director. Mr Roller has previously been Finance Director of a number of quoted companies, most recently Corin Group plc, and is a non-executive director of Filtronic plc. Michael Roller will start work with the Group on 10 February 2014 and will formally assume the role of Group Finance Director on 18 March, following the announcement of the Group’s preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2013.

Rambler Metals and Mining plc (AIM: RMM) announced that Norman Williams has been appointed President and CEO of Rambler. Mr. Williams was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2010 having joined as Financial Controller two years prior. Prior to joining the Company, he served in management roles in finance and administration at the St. John’s Port Authority in Newfoundland and earlier as Senior Manager at Deloitte. Tim Slater, who has served as an independent financial advisor since the Company’s inception, will serve as Rambler’s interim Chief Financial Officer.

Elektron Technology plc (AIM: EKT) appointed Andrew Weatherstone as Interim Finance Director.  He will be joining the Board.  Noah Franklin has now stepped down from the Board as announced on 9 October 2013. Andrew (“Andy”) Paul Weatherstone spent seven years as Group Finance Director for Chapelthorpe plc.  Other positions have included Group Finance Director for one of the largest coal mine operators in the UK as well as Group Finance Director at Bostrom plc.

UBM plc announced that John McConnell will join its Board of Directors as a non-executive director on 27 January 2014. He will join the Audit and Nomination Committees upon appointment, and will become chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 March 2014. John McConnell is Group Finance Director of Inchcape plc.

The Fulham Shore plc announced that Nicholas Chi Wai Wong has been appointed to the board of the Company as Finance Director. Most recently he was group finance director at Gourmet Burger Kitchen.

Dialight plc announced that Mark Fryer has stepped down from his position as Group Finance Director and Board Member with immediate effect. Mark will remain with the Company until the end of March 2014 in order to ensure an orderly handover of his duties.

Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), announced that it has appointed Tim Coleman as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) with immediate effect. Tim previously was CFO of Trafficmaster plc and UK finance director of Northgate Information Solutions plc. Peter Hallett, the resigning CFO, will step down from the Board on 31 January 2014.

STM Group Plc (AIM: STM) announced the appointment of Therese Neish to the Board of STM as Chief Financial Officer. Joining STM in 2003, Ms Neish spent 5 years in the Insurance Management division of the Group prior to becoming Group Financial Controller.

Conviviality Retail Plc (AIM: CVR) announced the appointment of Steve Wilson as Non-Executive Directors with effect from 31 January 2014. Steve is Group Finance Director of Headlam Group plc. Steve has significant public company experience, having been on the board of Headlam Group plc since 1991 and having served on the board of Synergy Health Plc for eight years between 2002 and 2010. Steve will chair the Company’s Audit Committee.

Centrica plc announced that Nick Luff, Group Finance Director, will be leaving the company, on a date to be confirmed but in any event no later than 31 December 2014. Nick has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Reed Elsevier and will take up his new position after leaving Centrica. A search for Nick’s successor is currently underway. In the meantime, Nick will continue as Group Finance Director, and as a Board member, and will assist with an orderly transition to his successor.

Reed Elsevier Group plc announced the appointment of Nick Luff as Chief Financial Officer. Nick will join the company from Centrica plc where he has been CFO since 2007. Prior to this he was at P&O, the FTSE 100 logistics and shipping group, as well as its affiliated companies, including P&O Princess Cruises and Royal P&O Nedlloyd. Nick serves as a Non-executive Director of Lloyds Banking Group plc. He served as a Non-Executive Director at QinetiQ Group plc, until December 2010, and at Royal P&O Nedlloyd NV from 2003 to 2005. Nick will take over in 2014 from Duncan Palmer who announced his resignation in September 2013. Nick will be appointed to the Boards of Reed Elsevier PLC, Reed Elsevier Group plc and Reed Elsevier N.V. subject to the approval of shareholders. The effective date of his appointment remains to be confirmed.

Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announced the appointment of Mike Birkett as its new Finance Director. The appointment will be effective from 3 February 2014. Mike Birkett was previously Finance Director at Thomas Cook Online. Prior to that he worked for eight years with Betfair Group plc, initially as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and then as Finance Director of Betfair Group plc’s financial trading exchange, LMAX.

Clean Air Power Limited (AIM: CAP) announced that Pete Rowse has given notice of his intention to resign from the Board and as Group Finance Director to pursue another business opportunity. A date for the transition is to be determined but Pete will remain with the Group to complete the financial reporting for the 12 months ending 31 December 2013 and to help ensure an orderly succession.

Cambridge Cognition Holdings plc (AIM: COG) announced the appointment of Eric Dodd as a Non-Executive Director (‘NED’) of the Company. Eric Dodd brings significant experience in board-level positions to the Company, including having been Chief Financial Officer of Antisoma plc between 2008 and 2011. Currently, Mr Dodd acts as Chief Financial Officer of Stanmore Implants Worldwide Holdings Limited. Previously Mr Dodd held positions in three FTSE 100 companies across the pharmaceutical, leisure and IT sectors. Mr Dodd will serve as Chair of the Company’s Remuneration Committee.

Fulcrum Utility Services Limited announced that Marcus Green stepped down as Group Chief Financial Officer in order to pursue other interests. The Board has appointed Robert Douglas to the non-Board position of Interim Chief Financial Officer until a successor is appointed. Robert’s most recent role was as interim group finance director of United House Limited.

Creston plc (LSE: CRE) announced that Don Elgie, the Group Chief Executive will retire from the Company he founded in 2001 to pursue a career of non-executive roles, with effect from 31st March 2014. Succeeding Don will be Barrie Brien, the current COO and CFO, who has been with the Group since 2004.

Perform Group plc announces that David Surtees, Chief Financial Officer, will stand down from the Board with effect from 31 January 2014.  Surtees joined the Company in 2008 prior to listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2011.

Sweett Group plc announced that Patrick Sinclair was appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sinclair joined the Group in October 2012 as Group Financial Controller.  Prior to joining the Group, he was Head of Finance at Penna plc, Regional Director of Finance at NCP Ltd and Financial Controller at Danone UK. Mr. Sinclair replaces Chris Goscomb, who is retiring having been with the Group since May 2007 and Chief Financial Officer of the Group since January 2009.

Green Compliance plc announced that Richard Hodgson (Chief Finance Officer) is also being appointed as Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.

Debenhams plc announced that Simon Herrick has decided to resign from his role as Chief Financial Officer and as a director of Debenhams plc with immediate effect.  He will leave the Company on 7 February 2014. Neil Kennedy, Director of Finance, will assume the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis.

euNetworks Group Limited announced that Joachim Piroth will join the company with effect from 1 January 2014 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Piroth spent time at Mannesmann Group, LambdaNet Communications Deutschland AG and Versatel Deutschland GmbH. Mr. Piroth also served as CFO and Managing Director of the German and Austrian activities of BT Global Services and most recently was Group CFO of the worldwide activities of zanox Group.

Bowleven plc announced that John Brown has given notice of his resignation as Finance Director.  It is currently envisaged that the effective date of the resignation will be early in the new year. John joined Bowleven as Finance Director in 2004 and following his resignation will assume the position of CFO for an expanding offshore energy services company. He will relocate to the UAE. Kerry Crawford, currently Deputy Finance Director at Bowleven, will replace John as Finance director. Kerry has served on the Group Management Board of Bowleven since joining the Company on 7 January 2008, and in addition to her duties as Deputy Finance Director is responsible for Investor Relations. Prior to joining Bowleven she worked at Cairn Energy plc for 10 years, latterly in the role as Deputy Finance Director and Head of Investor Relations.

C. A. Sperati (The Special Agency) PLC announced the appointment of Nilesh Jagatia to the board of the Company, as Finance Director. Nilesh currently serves as Finance Director of AIM quoted Inspirit Energy Holdings plc and Clear Leisure plc and was Finance Director of Media Corporation plc for a period of 5 years until July 2012. Nilesh has over 20 years’ experience including senior financial roles in divisions of both Universal Music Group and Sanctuary Group Plc. Richard Woodbridge stepped down from the position of Finance Director on 12 December 2013 to pursue other interests.

Trinity Mirror plc announced that they appointed Lee Ginsberg as non executive director with effect from 1st January 2014. Mr Ginsberg will be appointed Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of the Company’s Board immediately upon his appointment as a director. Mr Ginsberg is Chief Financial Officer of Domino’s Pizza Group plc, a role he has held since 2004. Lee has announced his retirement from the group effective 2nd April 2014. He was previously Group Finance Director of Holmes Place plc and of Etam Group plc and has held a number of other senior finance roles in the UK and South Africa.  He is currently a non executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Mothercare plc.

Air Partner plc announced that Gavin Charles, its Chief Finance Officer, will leave the Company on 30 April 2014 to further his career elsewhere.
