Waterlogic Plc announced that following medical advice John Skidmore, Group CFO, is leaving the Company with immediate effect due to illness. The Board has initiated a process to recruit a suitable replacement Group CFO and shareholders will be updated in due course.

GKN plc announced that William (Bill) Seeger, Group Finance Director, intends to step down from the Board on 25 February 2014 following the announcement of the annual results for 2013 and to retire from the GKN Group on 31 August 2014. Bill Seeger joined GKN in 2003 and held senior finance positions within GKN Aerospace before being appointed Group Finance Director in September 2007. GKN also announces the appointment of Adam Walker to succeed Bill Seeger as Group Finance Director on 26 February 2014. He will join the GKN Board on 1 January 2014 as Group Finance Director Designate. Adam is currently Group Finance Director of Informa plc, a position he has held since March 2008. Adam Walker joined Informa plc in March 2008 as Group Finance Director. Prior to joining Informa, he worked for National Express Group plc, from 2001 as Head of Corporate Development and from 2003 as Finance Director. His early career was in corporate finance including with Touche Ross, NatWest Markets and Arthur Andersen.

Informa plc announced that Adam Walker is to move from his position as Group Finance Director of Informa in order to take up the post of Group Finance Director at FTSE100 engineering firm GKN plc. Adam will remain with Informa until December 31st to complete the current financial reporting period.

Elektron Technology plc (AIM: EKT) reported that Noah Franklin has notified the Board that he intends step down as CFO once arrangements are made to appoint a successor.

UK Asset Resolution Ltd (UKAR) announced that Phillip McLelland, Finance Director, will be stepping down from the Boards of UKAR, Bradford & Bingley plc and Northern Rock (Asset Management) plc with effect from 25 November 2013.  Mr McLelland has been Finance Director of UKAR since establishment in October 2010, prior to which he was Finance Director of Bradford & Bingley plc.
